Isola Dei Cavoli

A tour with that travel feel to it — short but intense — heading out to one of the most iconic islands of southern Sardinia.

We start at Cava Usai, between granite rocks and see-through water, heading for the Capo Carbonara Marine Protected Area, where the sea opens up and invites a steady, rewarding paddle. With flat-water conditions, the crossing to Isola dei Cavoli is smooth and accessible, with the seabed scrolling under the board like an aquarium.

Once we get there, the experience opens up: we leave the SUPs and walk a short trail up to the lighthouse, between Mediterranean scents and wide views that pay back every step. Then we hang out together for a chill, social break — food, downtime, and crystal-clear sea all around.

The way back leaves you with that full feeling of having lived something simple and yet incredibly complete.
