SUP tour to Lago di Isili – Is Barrocus Dam

Full day -
SUP tour on Lago di Isili, Is Barrocus

An out-of-time experience, where everything slows down and the noise gives way to the quiet of freshwater.

We start from the San Sebastiano Nautical Club, gliding on a flat, silent surface, between perfect reflections and untouched nature. The paddle is simple and steady, with a landscape that keeps changing without ever breaking the rhythm.

The route also crosses the old railway line, now wrapped in greenery, telling a quiet, fascinating story from the past. The lake invites you to explore it naturally, between wide-open views and more tucked-away corners.

The final stop is San Sebastiano Island: we land here for a social break — picnic, downtime and still water all around. In the center of the island stands the deconsecrated church of San Sebastiano, simple, almost hidden... but somehow it catches your attention.

They say this place was never really "let go". Since the water cut the island off, something seems to have shifted: no certainties, just feelings. The silence is deeper, the atmosphere more intense, and everyone picks up on something different.

A tour that brings together nature, history and perception: you come for relaxation... and you go home with something extra, hard to explain but impossible to ignore.
